Terms & Conditions

Xtrovert lets you connect one or more X accounts and schedule posts and threads, generate text and images with AI, and run automations such as auto-plug, auto-retweet and auto-delete. The Service interacts with X through the official X API and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp.

We may add, change, suspend or remove features at any time. We may also impose or change usage limits for any plan without prior notice.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, generate or publish through the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to store and process Your Content solely to operate the Service on your behalf (for example, to schedule and publish it to your connected X accounts).

You are solely responsible for everything you publish through the Service. This includes content drafted with AI assistance, content posted automatically on a schedule, and any automated replies, retweets or deletions you configure. You are responsible for reviewing scheduled and AI-generated content before it is published.

You agree not to use the Service to post or automate content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, spammy, or that violates the X Developer Agreement and Policy or the rules of any third-party platform. You must not use the Service for platform manipulation, artificial engagement, bulk spam, or any activity that could get an account suspended.

The Service depends on third parties including X (publishing and account access), Google Gemini (AI text and image generation), Supabase (authentication, database and storage) and Lemon Squeezy (payments). Your use of those features is also subject to the respective providers' terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, acts or omissions of any third-party service, and changes by those providers (including API changes, rate limits or account actions) may affect or interrupt the Service.

AI features produce suggestions automatically and may be inaccurate, misleading, biased, offensive, or similar to content generated for others. We make no warranty as to the originality, accuracy or fitness of any AI output. You must review AI output before publishing and you remain fully responsible for it.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, who handles payment processing and applicable taxes. You can cancel at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period and is not pro-rated. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; (b) resell or sublicense the Service without our consent; (c) use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; or (e) exceed or circumvent usage limits. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, the X API, or these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that scheduled posts will always publish at the exact intended time. We do not guarantee any particular result, reach, engagement, follower growth or revenue.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHEMIFY OÜ AND ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS AND STAFF WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, FOLLOWERS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE — including, without limitation, failed, mistimed, duplicated or unintended posts; incorrect deletions; suspension or loss of any X or other account; or the acts of any third-party provider.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) €50.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chemify OÜ from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights or platform rules.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Estonia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
